Of all the words of screen and pen

The saddest are these: Vox was right again. The Other McCain muses on The Night of the Digital Long Knives:

I don’t think anyone except the Silicon Valley oligarchs, who no doubt had this planned well in advance, and Vox Day, who had expected this for some time – expected the whole sale purging of conservative & populist accounts from social media that’s taken place this week….

People used to accuse Vox Day of being paranoid when he said these things a few years ago. What’s keeping me awake nights is that Vox might not have been paranoid enough.

More is coming. Don’t be complacent. Don’t wait around on ground you have no intention of defending. Don’t give up any ground you intend to keep without being the hard out. And above all, support the alternative platforms. Because if you don’t, there won’t be anything left for you. Don’t kid yourself, the SJW corpocracy knows everything about who you are, they know that you are not on their side, and they have absolutely no intention of sparing you or permitting you to submit in the future.

You can join SocialGalactic in two ways, either by subscribing to Unauthorized or by subscribing to it directly.

MAILVOX: A new subscriber explains why he subscribed this weekend.

I held out from subscribing to Unauthorized.tv for a long time but when you added Razorfist to the lineup, it was impossible to continue making any more excuses for a measly $5 a month. Thank you! To Owen, Razorfist, Rachel, Wranglerstar, the Dread Ilk and the rest of the gang, thank you for the lasting work you are doing. History will remember your efforts to shine a light against the darkness.

Never trust the gatekeepers

You may recall that I told you Parler was never a viable option to Twitter. But John Matze tries to convince conservatives who were dumb enough to be taken in by an obvious trap that he wasn’t in on the shutdown.

Sunday at midnight Amazon will be shutting off all of our servers in an attempt to completely remove free speech off the internet. There is the possibility Parler will be unavailable on the internet for up to a week as we rebuild from scratch. We prepared for events like this by never relying on amazons proprietary infrastructure and building bare metal products.

We will try our best to move to a new provider right now as we have many competing for our business, however Amazon, Google and Apple purposefully did this as a coordinated effort knowing our options would be limited and knowing this would inflict the most damage right as President Trump was banned from the tech companies.

This was a coordinated attack by the tech giants to kill competition in the market place. We were too successful too fast. You can expect the war on competition and free speech to continue, but don’t count us out.

First, Matze is a shameless liar. Parler doesn’t support free speech at all. Even Gab, which is run by a genuine free speech believer, no longer supports completely free speech due to its actual experience with it. Second, the fact that Parler used AWS as the foundation of its platform makes it obvious that, at the very least, Parler believed that it was safely on the side of the SJWs.

And third, never, ever, trust a tech company that comes out of nowhere with massive resources and gets tremendous media coverage. Unless it is something genuinely groundbreaking – and a Twitter clone is the exact opposite of that – it’s being pushed by the ticketmasters of the corpocracy. Parler isn’t an true alternative to Twitter, it’s just an offshoot designed to corral those who escape from it.

For a genuine alternative to Twitter, join SG. Or, if you still haven’t weaned yourself from the cult of free technology yet, get on Gab.

UPDATE: Speaking of not trusting the gatekeepers, the account posting as @realCodeMonkeyZ at Parler is a fake. Do not trust anything that is posted at Parler by anyone.

It has come to my attention that another Parler account is posing as me and publishing information in my name. That account is NOT MINE. I do not have a Parler account and never will. I am ONLY on Gab verified as @codemonkey

UATV update

UATV will be down for updating to front end 1.1 starting at 7:15 PM EST. 10 minutes of darkness, which should not be confused with The Storm. If you joined UATV in the last two days, you should be receiving your access details and your SG invite in the next two hours.

SocialGalactic, of course, is running strong. Comms good.

UPDATE: The update is complete. Emails going out now.

UPDATE: Mods, the shills are going crazy. Don’t hesitate to spam them.

UPDATE by Markku: There are some signs of things moving very fast and I believe there is a real chance of the internet really going down soon. We have discussed how this would most likely be done with the Ilk techies already, and it would be incredibly risky for them to try doing it at the IP level. There are so many critical services depending on IP.

What is much more likely is poisoning the world’s DNS servers by Google, after which all the sites are still there, but you can’t see them, except ones that are specifically allowed by Google. The nice thing about this is that you can work around it, if you act before it happens. You need to store the necessary information locally, where Google can’t get at it.

There is just one step that you need to do right now, before the internet goes down. How to do it depends on your operating system.

If you are on Windows and you have never edited the file c:windowssystem32driversetchosts , things are easy. If you HAVE edited it, you will know you have, because this is advanced use of Windows.

You will need administrator rights to edit this folder in the file exporer. First, rename the old file called hosts, to hosts_backup. Then, put the file you download from the following link, as the new c:windowssystem32driversetchosts :

Note that some browsers may complain that the file is not “commonly downloaded and may be dangerous”. On Chrome, click the up arrow in the complaint, and then “keep”.

After that, you will be able to open the URL http://emergency.voxday and you will find further instructions there, in case you find that all other lines of communication have disappeared. Most importantly, there will be a new hosts file behind that link, that will then contain many more entries in it. For any site that has an entry, it will override what the system gets from the poisoned DNS entry. That will allow us to bring all our major services back. Also, if at any time in the future they pull this same trick, this will always be our response. So, you will probably want to keep the addition there. As long as it’s only that one additional line, it will not interfere with your normal internet usage. It will simply allow that URL to always be opened.

Currently there aren’t any instructions in the link. But if internet goes down, they will appear.

If you have edited the hosts file previously in Windows, or if you are a Linux or Mac user, then add the following line to the end of your existing file. Which on Linux and Mac is /etc/hosts . You will need root rights to modify the file. In most cases you gain them by adding “sudo” in front of the command. So, let’s say your editor is nano. You’d write “sudo nano /etc/hosts”. emergency.voxday

Mailvox: now they name you

In fairness, I don’t mind if they just call me SDL:

I’ve been saying for years the Democrats and the media is not our problem. Our problem is the fake Right. Many of whom in the past week are now openly naming “Vox Day” as: still pushing dangerous conspiracy theories to give people a false hope in Trump.

This prompted several questions:

Why are these personalities tweeting multiple times:

How dangerous it is to allow a relative to believe Trump is going to fight back. “These relatives need to be treated like crack addicts who stole from your grandmother to feed their addiction.”

If the last 4 years have been a lie, what’s another two weeks?

Interesting. Apparently the whole “He Who Shall Not Be Named” approach has been cast aside. First they ignore you, then they attack you….

One wonders how they would describe the “conspiracy theories” that Nancy Pelosi is pushing – TRUMP WILL NUKE DC IF YOU DON’T INVOKE THE 25TH AMENDMENT – if they consider my simple observations to be dangerous.

You can smell their fear. And it smells delicious!

Democrats laid the groundwork on Friday for impeaching President Trump a second time, as Speaker Nancy Pelosi of California threatened to bring him up on formal charges if he did not resign “immediately” over his role in inciting a violent mob attack on the Capitol this week.

The threat was part of an all-out effort by furious Democrats, backed by a handful of Republicans, to pressure Mr. Trump to leave office in disgrace after the hourslong siege by his supporters on Wednesday on Capitol Hill. Although he has only 12 days left in the White House, they argued he was a direct danger to the nation.

Ms. Pelosi and other top Democratic leaders continued to press Vice President Mike Pence and the cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment to wrest power from Mr. Trump, though Mr. Pence was said to be against it. The speaker urged Republican lawmakers to pressure the president to resign immediately. And she took the unusual step of calling Gen. Mark A. Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, to discuss how to limit Mr. Trump’s access to the nation’s nuclear codes and then publicized it.

“If the president does not leave office imminently and willingly, the Congress will proceed with our action,” Ms. Pelosi wrote in a letter to colleagues….

At the White House, Mr. Trump struck a defiant tone, insisting that he would remain a potent force in American politics as aides and allies abandoned him and his post-presidential prospects turned increasingly bleak. Behind closed doors, he made clear that he would not resign and expressed regret about releasing a video on Thursday committing to a peaceful transition of power and condemning the violence at the Capitol that he had egged on a day before.

He’s not even at the White House….

Fire Firefox

I switched from Firefox to Brave long ago. If you haven’t stopped using Firefox yet, it’s time to do so, because Mozilla has gone beyond mere SJW convergence to full sociofascist superconvergence:

Mozilla, developer of the Firefox internet browser, has argued that more must be done to keep Donald Trump and other “bad actors” out of cyberspace, prompting many to vow to never use the group’s services again.

In a blog post titled ‘We need more than deplatforming’, the open-source software community said that Twitter’s decision to permanently ban Trump from its platform didn’t go far enough in weeding out “hate” on the internet. While blaming Trump for the “siege and take-over” of the US Capitol on January 6, the non-profit tech group argued that “white supremacy is about more than any one personality.”

“We need solutions that don’t start after untold damage has been done. Changing these dangerous dynamics requires more than just the temporary silencing or permanent removal of bad actors from social media platforms,” Mozilla wrote.

The group proposed a number of measures to help protect the internet from verboten views. Internet ads should list who paid for them, how much they are paying, and who is being targeted, Mozilla said. There should also be “meaningful transparency” of platform algorithms so that people can examine what kind of content is being promoted.

The group also demanded that “tools to amplify factual voices over disinformation” are added to the default settings of internet platforms, and said that independent research must be carried out to determine how social media is affecting society and what can be done to “improve things.”

The blog post concluded by stating that the answer to Trump and other allegedly bad voices was not to “do away with the internet,” but rather to “build a better one” that can “withstand” such “challenges.”

Stop supporting those who hate you. More importantly, stop relying upon them.

They chose the hard way

Neon Revolt, who has been a strong Patriot from the start, is growing in confidence due to the social media purge:

Twitter didn’t just nuke @realdonaldtrump today. They nuked the top 35{e61d147451bc60549e96d95b5c07be35845e0345eab7ed5d54cc3d49f812ab5c} of his most influential users/followers/thought-leaders.

Why did they take the dramatic and unprecedented step of doing this so suddenly, to perfectly rule-abiding users?

Because of what you could do, when working together. Your power to circulate information is unsurpassed in the world. You break media narratives with just a few clicks. Collectively, you are a MASSIVE threat to their panopticon system of control.

But they didn’t do this just to twist the proverbial knife. No, Trump is readying something – something devastating. Something they don’t want the average person to understand, or have swirling about in their faces.

Trump is preparing to unilaterally declassify swathes of intelligence that will be so damning, it will expose the core of the Uniparty’s charade, and prove what traitors they really all are.

They nuked you all today to try and contain what they know is coming. It’s the same reason they’re suddenly panicking and trying to impeach/invoke the 25th. They know what kind of damage he can wreak on their little plans.

But here’s the thing now. Trump has a duty to defend the country against enemies both foreign and domestic. I’m convinced that, in order to do so, Trump will hand off the presidency to a Military Tribunal, as a result of what has now emerged. When the Tribunals are over, they will hand the presidency back to Trump, as we all know he was the rightful, truthful winner.

They’re terrified, and this is why they’re rushing to cross red line after red line, after committing to the fraud they all knew was fraud on the night and into the wee hours of the morning on the 6th and 7th. They sealed their fate with that certification.

Nothing else explains everything we’re seeing so far; the panic, the scramble, the utter fear in their eyes.

Because nothing can stop what is coming. NOTHING.

And they’re all about to learn that the hard way.

A good Republican

You won’t often find me speaking well of Republican Party officials, but I think you may find encouragement in this letter from a strongly pro-Trump Republican Party County Chairman in Nevada:

So, what comes next? I don’t have the particulars but I can give you milestones to watch for as the coming days unfold:

  • Expect the emergency broadcast system to be activated. The FCC just recently released a memorandum speaking to the requirements under Federal law to send messages from the president to the public.
  • Expect confusion. We are in a battle for our republic against elites that are attempting the very coup that they are accusing Trump of doing. In battle, there will be disinformation but know that plans are being fulfilled.
  • Expect high profile arrests to take place over the next 12 days and at any time. You may wake one morning to find someone in high office is no longer there.
  • Expect this to be a bumpy ride to the very end. This is not a television show where things are resolved in 45 minutes.
  • Expect more bombshell evidence to be released between now and Jan. 20th.
  • Expect some sort of internet blackout or outage: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Gmail are likely going to be affected. If you don’t have alternate forms of communication established now, it would be a good idea to start forming them even if it’s just checking on your nextdoor neighbors.
  • Expect Trump to be inaugurated on Jan 20th!
  • Expect the executive order from 2018 and/or the Insurrection Act to be enacted. This DOES NOT mean martial law. Remember that we have been under a state of emergency since 2018 which gives the president many powers to act.

These things may happen out of the order listed and some may happen multiple times. As I have been watching closely, many things have been and are in play as we speak. Remember that Trump has not and will not give up. He actually takes his oath of office to defend the Constitution against enemies foreign and domestic very seriously. This is why they are so panicked in DC: they know that Trump will fight while Congress just rolls over.

I’ve mentioned this before but it bears repeating. None of us would have believed what we all now know except that Trump and his team have painstakingly taken the time to show the public. Want to show what Congress thinks of you? Highlight that the stimulus bill only sent $600 to each American but billions to other countries (payoffs, money laundering). Want to show the extent of collusion with the CCP at all levels of government? Bring multiple lawsuits against the election fraud from the local courts all the way to the Supreme Court which will show just how brazenly treasonous the judges are. Want the public to see how rigged the election system has been for many years? Present the evidence openly as we have seen. Even this week we have sworn testimony out of Italy that the Leonardo defense contractor used satellites to change the votes from our election in the USA from Italy. These Dominion voting machines were actively sending data to Germany, Serbia, China, Iran, and now Rome. This corruption is MUCH bigger than any of us expected but none of us would have believed it until now. This is why things seem to have taken so long.

Now, the American public is awake and ready to take back their long forgotten responsibilities to hold the elected officials accountable. I have heard from many of you how upset you are with the obvious and wilful disregard for the truth and for justice.

As the days unfold, let’s maintain communications among ourselves and try to help our neighbor to understand what is happening. Turn off the television as they have demonstrated they are clearly only falsifying the media to maintain control over your thinking. Do not despair but pray for our country, for Trump and his supporters, and for a national repentance to be stirred nationwide.

The next 12 days will be something to tell the grandchildren! It’s 1776 all over again!

If you’re getting deplatformed from Facebook or Twitter or YouTube at this point, don’t expect anyone to give even a fragment of a damn about your totally unexpected sob story that never ever happened to anyone before.

FACEBOOK has removed the #WalkAway Campaign and has BANNED ME and EVERY MEMBER of my team!!! Over half a million people in #WalkAway with hundreds of thousands of testimonial videos and stories is GONE. Facebook has banned everything related to #WalkAway.

It doesn’t matter how many times you warn people. As long as it happens to someone else, it’s no big deal. As soon as it happens to them, they’re screaming for help from the very politicians who haven’t done one single damn thing to rein in the converged tech companies in a decade. This appeal for help is so tone-deaf, it’s downright hilarious.

 I’m asking for help PLEASE from @tedcruz, @SenTedCruz, @MarshaBlackburn, @MarshaSays, @SenTomCotton, @TomCottonAR, @HawleyMO, @SenHawleyPress, @seanhannity, TuckerCarlson, @PeteHegseth, @JudgeJeanine, @newsmax, @OANN, @ChanelRion, @JackPosobiec, @realDonaldTrump, @DonaldJTrumpJr, @RealJamesWoods

Yeah, I’m sure President Trump will get right on it. He doesn’t have anything better to do, after all. The answer is the same as it was five years ago. Build your own platforms. Support your own platforms. Stop supporting the enemy. And if you’ve got 500k people with you, then what are you doing asking anyone else for help?

Speaking of platforms, UATV will be improving its interface in the next two weeks or so. This is mostly an overdue back-end performance upgrade with some cosmetic improvements on the front end, so no new features yet, but I think viewers are really going to like it.

UPDATE: Speaking of deplatforming, Gen. Flynn, Sidney Powell, and CodeMonkeyZ were all just kicked off Twitter.

UPDATE: President Donald Trump was just kicked off Twitter. RED1 confirmed.

Strategy vs realism

This article on the differing ontological assumptions of the strategic and realist perspectives won’t be for everyone, but I think it is apt, considering the way in which so many people who are paying attention to the recent election crisis observably struggle to distinguish between strategic planning and the way events subsequently play out.

This article challenges the widespread belief that the classical school of strategic theory shares ontological assumptions with the realist perspective on international politics and foreign policy. This belief has led scholars to treat the strategic and realist perspectives as synonymous, or near-synonymous, thus unintentionally creating conceptual confusion in international studies. For instance, in an introductory textbook on strategy, the editor argues that the strategic perspective ‘is based upon the realist interpretation’ of international relations, as both ‘feature a distinctive world view based on assumptions about the nature of the political environment, the characteristic manner in which political actors interact with each other’. In another textbook, it is claimed that strategic scholars ‘share a set of assumptions about the nature of international political life, and the kind of reasoning that can best handle political-military problems. This set of assumptions is often referred to by the term realism’.

This simplified view of the relationship between the strategic and realist perspectives is also found in many original works from the last decades. Hugh Smith, for example, argues that Carl von Clausewitz belongs to the realist tradition. Moreover, Neta Crawford claims that strategic scholars ‘tend to view international relations from the [realist] perspective of anarchy in a Hobbesian sense’. In addition, Michael Williams links the strategic perspective to a ‘neo-realist framework within which it has traditionally been located’. Furthermore, Tarak Barkawi claims that the strategic perspective ‘logically entails a realist policy science of international politics’, and Isabelle Duyvesteyn and James Worrall argue that the realist ‘paradigm has formed a cornerstone of the field [of strategic studies]’. By others, the strategic perspective has even been described as the ‘military-technical wing’ of realism.

Despite the widespread belief that the strategic perspective is based on realism, this article presents and elaborates on the argument that the relationship between the two perspectives is, in fact, ambiguous. Therefore, scholars should treat them as separate perspectives, although they do share some key similarities and overlaps.

There are many reasonable positions one can take at the present time. Perhaps President Trump is under the control of his Deep State captors. Perhaps President Trump is in a protected location directing the US military in a surprise attack against Iran – this is genuine concern among Europeans – or perhaps the surprise attack will be on the Deep State and the election criminals. The most bizarre theory I’ve heard is that President Trump suffered a heart attack after the rally and died on Wednesday, and the panic that the Deep State is now exhibiting is because they are afraid that the American people will never believe their innocence and will return to Capitol Hill to seek retribution.

But the one thing you cannot say without being indistinguishable from a retard is to claim that there was never any plan. Of course there was a plan; the executive order from 2018 alone is enough to prove that there was. The mere existence of a plan does not mean that it will lead to desirable results in the end; Napoleon’s plan to invade Russia shows that even a generally successful plan can end in complete disaster.

There are 12 days left. Trust the plan and trust the President or not, as you see fit, but at least try not to be a complete retard just because you’ve taken the black pill and are lost to despair. As for the rest of us, recall the wise words of Puddleglum. Hope, be it true or be it false, is always better than no hope.

Suppose we have only dreamed, or made up, all those things–trees and grass and sun and moon and stars, and Aslan himself. Suppose we have. Then all I can say is that, in that case, the made-up things seem a good deal more important than the real ones. Suppose this black pit of a kingdom of yours is the only world. Well, it strikes me as a pretty poor one…. That’s why I’m going to stand by the play-world. I’m on Aslan’s side even if there isn’t any Aslan to lead it. I’m going to live as like a Narnian as I can even if there isn’t any Narnia…”

I’m on Trump’s side even if there isn’t any Trump to preside. I’m going to live as like an American as I can even if there isn’t any America.

A tale of two perspectives

James Fox Higgens enjoyed yesterday’s Darkstream:

Another zinger of a quote from this video: “The Babelists are STILL trying to get to Heaven on their own.”

I don’t think any commentator understands the spiritual war better than Vox Day. His writing is also vastly better than his speaking. You should all really read his books if you haven’t. His On the Existence of Gods and The Irrational Atheist are two of the BEST apologetic / polemical books on the truth of Jesus Christ that I have ever read, but they are largely overlooked by Christians. He is a better apologist than William Lane Craig and John Lennox, in my opinion.

And now you understand why I decline all requests for interviews and public speeches. I’ve said everything I feel the need to say in my books. If you want to know what I think, read the books or read the blog.

Erstwhile fan KR, on the other hand, thinks I’ve gone off the deep end:

I’ve been reading you since day one of your worldnet daily column. Before Trump you used to have detailed discussions of theology, evolution, economics, politics. It was fascinating. Your comments section was full of intelligent readers offering interesting insights. I considered you a mentor and the closest thing I had to an idol.

Trump gets elected and you go full on Q conspiracy 24/7 and the posts become 90{e61d147451bc60549e96d95b5c07be35845e0345eab7ed5d54cc3d49f812ab5c} copypastas. Your commenters are imbeciles and you ban the ones who disagree with you when you post obvious bullshit. Me for example. You have become such a fringe figure that I wonder if you could ever return to engaging in debates with other internet figures as you once did if you wanted to.

So I’m curious, did you just do this to boost traffic to your blog with the Q community and sell comic books? Because nobody as purportedly intelligent as you are could honestly believe half the shit you’ve been posting. Anyone who has your purported gift for strategy and wargaming should be able to clearly see that Trump does not have control over the government, he has no governing coalition, no control over anything and he has been feckless in his appointments and weak in his use of power. All he does is tweet and throw people under the bus who support him. He has been monumentally outplayed by the opposition on an almost inconceivable scale. He will be fortunate if he’s not in a New York jail before the end of the year the way things are going. He is not some fucking god emperor. He was a speed bump on what appears to be now the final demise of America into whatever tech oligarchy comes after the republic.

Admittedly the notion that you would change the way you blog just to sell comics seems implausible because you always struck me as a man of decent moral principles. However the idea that you actually believed all that Q nonsense despite a giant mountain of evidence to the contrary seems equally so because you are not stupid at all.

The third possibility is not one I will write.

Nevertheless I just wanted to express my disappointment at losing what was once the most interesting place on the internet and one of the people I very much looked up to when I was a young man.

I haven’t changed a bit. I honestly believe everything that I have posted, although I have noticed that binary thinkers struggle to grasp probabilistic thinking and the concepts of credible but not conclusive evidence and correct syllogisms based on unconfirmed propositions. I also don’t ban people for disagreeing with me, I ban people for lying and saying that things are “obvious bullshit” when they are actually true, or at the very least, potentially true and not definitely known to be false.

It’s amusing that he’s saying that I’m more of a fringe figure now than I was when the blog got 10 percent of the pageviews that it currently does. What we have here is the eternal curse of the midwit, who, when he can’t keep up with his intellectual superiors, would rather conclude that they are stupid sellouts than admit that he simply isn’t capable of understanding or believing what they are telling him.

I never cease to find it amazing that people claim that Q is nonsense when it is a vastly more reliable guide to current events than the ever-mutating mainstream narrative. The possibility of President Trump’s plan failing is not, and could not possibly be, evidence that the plan does not exist. Certainly Nancy Pelosi and the media believe it exists and are afraid of it, or they would not be trying to impeach him or remove him from office despite the fact that he supposedly only has 13 days left in it.

But whether it is KR’s own limitations or something else that has broken his idolatry of me, that’s all to the good. He should think for himself, even if his ability to do so is observably limited and obviously inferior to mine. And as for the idea that I’m simply trying to sell comics, well, we haven’t released a single new comic in six months.

KR’s screed may help you understand why I never take praise or fandom very seriously. The ranks of everyone’s stalkers, trolls, haters, and committed lifelong enemies are filled with people who once described themselves as the hated figure’s “biggest fan”.
